The Afrocentric Health Invincibility Rewards campaign was created to encourage employee attendance in the Afrocentric Health group of companies. This campaign incentivised regular work attendance by rewarding qualifying staff with cash prizes. Hydra Media created all of the print and digital collateral for this campaign from the ground up, starting with the three key symbols.
These simple icons represent the three key pillars of the campaign: passion, presence, performance. Later a logo was crafted as well as complete campaign visual language which expanded into posters, banners, a website and emailers.
The campaign kicked off with teasers suggesting something big was coming. Beginning with a simple hexagon and evolving into a cube, a stripey box and finally the campaign logo, the visual language and aims of the campaign were slowly unraveled through a series of emailers sent to staff throughout the Afrocentric Health group.
The posters and wallpapers were particularly interesting, featuring various teams and activities with a vital member missing and a post-it note with an amusing reason for their absence.
When developing the website our brief included the need to display the monthly winners of cash prizes. These winners received a small plaque and a giant cheque featuring our artwork.
Pictures of winners were collected and displayed prominently on the website along with competition rules and other information pertinent to the campaign. Just a small thank you to show appreciation to otherwise unappreciated staff for their regular attendance and dedication.
